I just wish the lab tests had been explained more clearly... it didn’t feel very transparent, and I was left unsure about what everything meant.

I wasn’t really happy with my order from unchainedcompounds.co. When it showed up, the product just looked off to me and not at all like what I was expecting.
The quality didn’t feel great, and I started questioning the purity pretty much right away. It just didn’t seem clean, and that made me uncomfortable using it.
Maybe other people had a better experience, but mine felt like a waste of money. I also didn’t feel like customer service would be much help, so I didn’t bother trusting them to fix it. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

I tried getting in touch with customer service a few times and, yeah... it was just kind of frustrating. Some replies took forever, and a couple basically never came, or at least it felt that way. I kept waiting around not really knowing what was going on, which isn’t great when you just need a clear answer. I probably wouldn’t use them again unless their support gets a lot better.

I was disappointed with this order. The wrong stuff showed up, and getting it fixed wasn’t quick at all. I’ve had similar mix-ups with other companies before, but most of them responded faster and made it easier to sort out. This just felt more frustrating than it needed to be.

The bottle arrived leaking, which was frustrating. I also thought the label looked wrong, although maybe I’m just overthinking it. Either way, between the messy packaging and the confusing label, it didn’t feel like a great experience

I really wanted this to work, but for me the results were underwhelming. I used it consistently and kept waiting to see a clear change, even after a couple of weeks, but it was barely noticeable. It also took longer than I expected, which made the whole thing a bit frustrating.

The stuff looked okay to me, not bad or anything, but for what you get the prices felt kind of high. Better value I found in a few other places, so I probably won’t order again unless the prices come down a little.
